There are more and more games that have this exact issue and it's insulting that Microsoft doesn't seem to care about a fix as the feedback is ignored.

So far this happens on: Sea of Thieves. Microsoft knows that PC gamers need proper fullscreen not windowed borderless to enjoy these titles the way they were meant to be played. Every time I come across a game that does this and I simply uninstall it, the closer I get to asking myself why I continue to fund a project that Microsoft doesn't seem to care much about.

Perhaps it's from porting the titles across from console where there's no taskbar to cause problems as the OS is locked down on Xbox, and sheer laziness to just expect customers to be happy with these flaws?
