Unable to find a volume for file extraction sql

Then, my computer shows that it always has an update, I restart my computer, and the icon next to "Shut down" is still there no matter how many times I restarted.

Upon trying to install it, now I come across the message "Unable to find volume for extraction". Please someone help me. I cannot enjoy my time on the internet anymore because it keeps crashing. All the problems happened at the same time, so I am thinking it is connected. This thread is locked.
